At Carnivale, we’re committed to making your private party a success, which is why we offer a variety of options when it comes to catering your private event at our Chicago restaurant.

Catering Styles

Plated

Gives attendees a predetermined menu, usually with a salad, a choice of three entrees, and a dessert. You may also add appetizers, shared sides, and other accompaniments.

Family Style

This affords variety by giving attendees shared platters. The menu features four pre-selected entrée options, two shared side dish options, and two mini-dessert options.

Buffet

This affords guests the greatest variety and volume of food with a station featuring all courses where the guests may serve themselves. This option is restricted to groups of at least 25 people.

Heavy Reception

This offers passed hors d’ouevres and food stations throughout the event space.

 

Bar Options

Hosted Consumption Bar

This option keeps a running tally of all beverages ordered, with the costs being charged to the Master Account at the event’s conclusion.

Cash Bar

Guests pay for their own beverages. The cash bar does not apply to the event food and beverage minimum, and is subject to a per-hour cash bar minimum as well as a bartender fee.

Bar Package

This option comes at a predetermined price on a per-person or per-hour basis.
