CARNIVALE PRESENTS CRIME & PUNISHMENT:
A 1920’s MURDER MYSTERY EXPERIENCE
West Loop Restaurant Hosts Interactive Show on Thursday, July 27, 2017
July 14, 2017 (CHICAGO) – Carnivale the global Latin-fusion restaurant located in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood, recently named as one of OpenTable’s Top 100 Hot Spots in America, presents “Crime & Punishment: A 1920’s Murder Mystery Experience” on Thursday, July 27, 2017 from 6:30 to 9:00 PM. Tickets are ($65) per person and include: a three course dinner featuring a choice of Carnivale favorites like their Ropa Vieja with braised veal cheek, sweet plantains, malanga, aji amarillo aioli, queso fresco and their Arrachera, a wood-grilled skirt steak, served with rice and beans, bacon sofrito, sweet red onion, and chimichurri sauce, unlimited non-alcoholic beverages, and an interactive murder mystery experience.
The evening will begin at 6:30 PM with a cocktail party and the show will begin at 7:00 PM when guests are seated for dinner. “Guests will enjoy a delicious meal while participating in the show by trying to figure out who’s on the level and who’s on the lam,” said General Manager Tim Griffin. “It’s an evening filled with murder, mafia, and jilted lovers and it’s up to our guests to figure out who’s the murderer.”

Carnivale also hosts weekly and monthly events including; Happy Hour Monday through Thursday, weekly Sunday brunch, and monthly Carnivale University classes lead by their master mixologist. Carnivale is also a preferred restaurant for corporate events and private dining, full venue rentals and social group events offering seven private and semi-private dining rooms for groups of 10 to 1,000 guests and service styles including buffets, shared “family-style” dishes, tapas, and plated meals.
