At Carnivale, we’re committed to making your private party a success, which is why we offer a variety of options when it comes to catering your private event at our Chicago restaurant.

Catering Styles

Plated

The traditional method of service, plated service gives attendees a predetermined menu consisting of a salad, a choice of three entrees, and a dessert. You may also enhance the meal by adding appetizers, shared sides, and other accompaniments.

Family Style

This style of service offers excellent variety and volume by giving attendees shared platters at each table. The menu features four appetizers, four entrée options, two shared side dishes, and two mini-sweets.

Buffet

This affords guests the greatest volume of food with a station featuring all courses where the guests may serve themselves. This option is restricted to groups of at least 25 people.

Heavy Reception

This offers passed hors d’oeuvres and/or food stations throughout the event space.  This is ideal for networking events where mingling is encouraged.

Bar Options

Hosted Consumption Bar

This option keeps a running tally of all beverages ordered, with the costs being charged to the Master Account at the event’s conclusion.

Cash Bar

Guests pay for their own beverages. Bartender fee applies.  The cash bar does not apply towards the event food and beverage minimum.

Bar Package

Unlimited beverages within selected package priced per guest/per hour.
