Our menus are chock full of vegetarian and gluten-free options and clearly marked so our guests know they’ll have plenty of options to choose from, regardless of their dietary restrictions, like this:
For starters, how about some of our famous vegetarian and gluten-free guacamole, made with fresh avocados, lime and spices? Our Ycca Gnocchi, with tomato arrabbata, forest mushrooms, asparagus, peas and pickled ramps is another option that’s both vegetarian and gluten free. We’ve also got Tacu Tacos, filled with lentil rice cake, green pea curry, baby caramelized veggies and greens.
Other vegetarian options on our menu include Caesar Salad and Amazonian Salad, piled high with dates, hearts of palm, queso fresco, avocado, cherry tomatoes, spices cashews with a champagne vinaigrette.
For those who want to lose the gluten, not the meat, we have fantastic choices including our signature Peruvian Chicken, Rum Cured Salmon and Prime New York Strip steak.
